The present invention provides a microporous polylactic acid oriented film, wherein, when the film is at a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the polylactic acid component in the film, it has surface pores with a diameter in the range of 10-1000 nm, and the sum of the areas of the pores is no less than 20% of the total surface area of the film. The advantage of the present invention is that a microporous oriented film having dense and uniform nanoscale micropores with thermal stability can be prepared, and the processing method is simple and fast, and the product of the present invention can be partly or even completely biodegraded.
